Once i log in and select character, I cant move, attack, menu buttons, nothing but mouse works.
None of my controls work (new player)

Is this your first time playing? Are you sure your hitting the correct buttons?

Just to be 100% sure your trying to move with the WASD keys right? the arrow keys do not move your character.
Have you opened and run the launcher as an administrator to ensure you have the latest update?
Yes im hitting the right buttons, I checked the layout and tried changing the keys but even they wont register its like the game shutsdown my keyboard for the game once i get in.

Its not just my wasd its my whole keyboard, i cant open menus unless i click on them.

I'd downgrade to Windows 7 Ultimate, or upgrade to Windows 10 Pro. I have a feeling Windows 8 is the culprit.
