I can not do basic attacks using kaio ken, But i can when I do not use it .

Already posted about in both many new irritating threads and in the official stickied big bug thread.
Humans currently have an issue while transformed (SSJ or Kaio) where sometimes the auto attack will not work.
It'll be fixed in a update soon. It's known about so just gotta be patient for now
