At the lvl 35 i see my skill are weak so i have to reset them but in the Auction house that's cost too much zeni and in the cash shop i don't want to put real money.
so now i'm lvl 40 and i want to know if there have other means to do it . 
How reset skills after lvl 40

There are only 2 ways to reset skills:
1) Before becoming an adult and getting your masterclass - at any level - at your Class Master NPC (like those that are close to the map revealer in Korin Village), for a low amount of zeni.
2) After Adult and Masterclass, the only way is through Brown books (1 Skill Point per book, obtainable through cash shop or in popo gift box 5 of them around your level, might be 42 actually), or Green book (cash shop or AH with zeni, reset all the skills).I suggest you go to lvl 42 see if you get the 5 Brown books and work your way from there, you still have so many points to earn and you'll learn to adapt. Eventually you'll get enough money to improve your build
