Error logging out

I had this error after I clicked to log out.

Also, I logged out because earlier I had the crafting error (gain exp, lose zeni and materials but no crafted item in the end) and right before logging out I didn't get the hp pills as quest reward. I had plenty of space but the game showed the pills going into the full default capsule but they didn't go to my inventory at all.

I re-launched the game and everything is fine, the pills and crafted stuff are gone, but I just crafted and it worked how it should. I also logged out without problems and got items from quests. Everything is ok again.

I noticed that something was wrong while crafting. I went to west city to disassemble items and sell what I didn't need including food received from quests. Since I had quest rewards in my inventory I believe it started at crafting. I can't remember what I did between not receiving crafted items and not receiving quest rewards, but I believe I just went from west city to mushroom rocks north
