When i use a scouters its effects are deleted.

    When I use a scouter its effects are deleted.
    l3lJ6aY.pngI bought this scouter from lvl 41-47 area and it had all the effects when i bought him.
    Now it has no effects i cant find dragonballs. I cant even see their icons on map.


    I run Windows 10.

    There are some threads on this topic already made, the scouters dont work since the last update due to some bug issues or security issues i didn't quite understand since i was looking for the solution which is, the only way you can see dragon balls now is to craft it yourself the shop ones wont get the stats.
