i cant log in into my user

before 10mins i log out from my user and when i try to log in again i getting this msgg
and i try to reset my PC but its not help
can someone help me plizz???

and i have this issue more then 40mins and its still the some.

im still not able to log info my accont and everytime i try i keep getting this message (screen shoot)

i have this problem from today at afternoon and i still not able to log in, its over a day and im not able to do in. can you pliz fix it??
