My friend has not bongos for your server bug

When my friend is doing adult quest with karin and he goes to choose class, when he has notified hes got a plasma majin subclass, the quest item isnt in him inventory. Server just bugged him subclass quest, bc bongos dissapear and never come back to inventory, he cant speak again with karin, with plasma majin master the same, and we try all steps to try fix the bug but useless, so anyone can help? Or any admin can give him the subclass quest item, or restart him quest back to karin spell again? him user is CheerLeader.
