dashing in flying isn't working for me?

    I just reached lvl 30 and finished the scroll that shows the screen showing you to click "W"
    but the thing is, this quest and the one before it, it let me pass the quest without fly-dashing. I passed just by using the scroll and killing things. It's not working for me... Maybe I'm doing it wrong? Suggestions?

    Not every scroll let you fly with dash, and these scrolls are just to teach you how to fly,just do the flying quest at lvl 30 and you will can fly with dash by pressing double "W" and wait a bit (it will not begin immediately) or pressing double "Right click" in the air.
