He can not move and he floats.
When i try to move, appears a text
" your'e not allowed to enter".
What should i do?
My character can not move pls help

You are trying to enter a restricted/ non existent area, similar to the red ribbon underground ruins in korin forest.
If you are stuck in general, type the command @unstack (in the chat window).

you can try "wireless popo" item in your inventory if u have it.
you can also have someone party u and summon u to their location.
