I don't know if I'm just terrible at the game cause that's usually the reason I struggle on games but is spiritualist pretty weak once you're in Korin Forest? Maybe I just need to level up or get new gear but at 27 I haven't come across any gear as good as what Shenron gave me, any advice that can help me get through this wall would be very much appreciated and sorry if it sounds quite dumb I haven't played mmo's in about 3 years

tmq armor at lvl 25 and ud1 weapon at lvl 22 is little better then shenron gear but on human it has 1 high def stat und 1 low def stat so you must try to balance it by yourself and dont forget about upgrade the gear
Go for turtle subclass... once you get your kames it will be a breeze
