2 questions..
1) What determines crit? Is it Dex / Foc or Crit. Physical / Energy
2) How do you determine the chances of you landing a critical hit going by these numbers?

I believe your dex improves your critical hit rate, also equipments can improve it even further. I don't remember there being any kind of obvious percentage displayed on the character screen but I do know that Dex is what scales your critical rate.

Dex is for physical crit rate increase. Foc is for energy crit rate increase. You can view how much of each by pressing C to open character menu, then looking at the Crit.Physical and Crit.Energy stats. I imagine the numbers go by % rate. Hope I helped.

1 DEX 1 FOC +5 Dodge
+0.15 P. Crit Rate
+0.8 P. Attack
+5 De-Buff Resist+10 Hit Rate
+10 Success Rate
+0.15 E. Crit Rate
+0.5 E. AttackThe formulas are not available.
