Hey guys , i was playing DBO with normally 110 fps and min 80 , but yesterday my windows defender decided to delete the game launcher , i reinstalled the game but now i'm only maxing 64 fps , it seems like an fps lock or something alike , i tried many things like disabling my defender , putting the folder to the desktop and nothing seem to have effect , can someone help me with this? thanks for your time

if you are windows 10 user..just stick with it....it will never going to be fixed..i have high end pc and i cant even run this game smooth
