Doubt about atk speed (poko priest)

You can get also get 5% from kaioken and 15% from karma's attack speed buff. For dogi effects you can get max 6% on excellent ball, 8% on rare and 10% for legendary dogi balls. I'm not sure but i think you only need to have 93% attack speed to reach cap.

96% is cap speed for dragon clan.

Staff has lower speed rate than gloves

93% speed is cap for 1100 gloves

94% speed is cap for 1220 gloves

95% speed is cap for 1400 staff

for 1160 I'm not sure never tested it before.

so as a poko you can go 20% + 20% from weapons = 40%
karma + poko speedbuff = 40%
5% kaioken when you stack it 3 times
8% on hat with rare dogi ball
-> 93% so you won't reach cap on this lvl cap. But with lv 60 where you can get 23% speed on your weapons

IMPORTANT:

Don't underestimate the last 1-2%. They make the most difference.
