I got a quest from the NPC "Dakouka" about the Papa Sergeant guardian, I was going to the marked point on the map but "quest failed" popped up suddenly. I tried to start again the quest, but everytime I tried it gave me "quest failed". I got another quest and I killed the Papa Sergeant for a Dragon Ball.
But now it's still marked on the map even if I don't have the quest
drop the quest and pick it up again and make sure you are not mounted or flying when you are heading over to papa sergeant or you will fail. Some times you need to relog after dropping the quest to pick it up again.
