Armor: (Note: For top and pants, make sure that one of them is a CON piece if CAP is below level 70)

Top = FOC [25+] (TMQ is recommended)

Pants = FOC [25+] (TMQ is recommended)

Boots = CON [25+] (TMQ is recommended)

Gloves = FOC [25+] If level 70, +9 or higher is GREAT

Mask = Hit rate or Energy Critical Hit rate (+ doesn't matter because you don't attack much with it)

(If you are comfortable in the match-up, you can wear con top and pants)

Jewelry:

Rings: FOC Rings or CD or Anti-CC rings

Earrings: CD earrings or anti-CC earrings

Necklace: Success Rate Necklace (Aim for 180+) or Anti-CC necklaces (%Paralysis Duration Reduction (45+%) or %Confusion Reduction)

[PvE]

Armor:

Top = CON [25+] OR % Regen [19%-26%] if you have BUFFS!

Pants = CON [25+] OR % Regen [19%-26%] if you have BUFFS!

Boots = CON [25+]

Staff = Attack Speed% (Aim for 24%+)

Scroll = Attack Speed% (Aim for 24%+)

Jewelry:

Rings: CD Rings or FOC Rings (FOC rings are recommended)

Earrings: CD earrings or FOC Earrings

Necklace: Energy Crit Hitrate Necklace (lvl 61) is good enough or Successrate.
