Quest help for "noise of truth"

first of this mission is time based (i think) so if u hold on to it and you did other mission there is a high probability you will fail the mission the moment you arrive to the destination, so first decline the mission accept it again by going to map and checking the quest box which shows you all the people who wants your help then see where you got that mission and accept it from that person again now how do you find it? its simple actually in the map after accepting this mission you will see someting called UD1 it will be like a round bubble and it will have written UD1 you go there and thats where you will find that underground thingy and probably will pass that mission going there rest i am still figuring it out so if i know more i will add here hope it helps.
