Some of the shrooms and other quest objects do not work when you try to gather them, probably because they spawn within the trees and our chars cant access them.
Sometimes you get stuck in Quest Convo with NPC and have to log out and back in to character to reset it.
Rift Quests throw out prompt as Failure, because they probably aint in yet, especially the one for the power up.
Apparently something is wrong with Kamehameha wave level 2 so might wanna check that out as well.
