Buff bug\Players spawning outside of the map\No quest item.

1.The skill Might for humans (Fighter) doesn't work , there's no error , there's simply nothing , no buff or anything.
2.I've already seen a few players that are out of the map and can't come back , it's always after a crash.
3.There are some quests such as the first flying quest , or a quest at the korin forest (Something about an axe rock) that require some items , the quests are supposed to give them but you don't get anything to complete them.
