I just tried to use the log out function, to relog. Right after this the server crashed? Or it just me?

Besides that I wanted to mention that a few of the lower level quests appear to be bugged?
From the quests I could read that I had to set up a store, and the other to invite another person to a party. (My assumptions could be wrong)
The one literally says "Set up a personal store" and the other something about the party menu.
If it's not bugged, could someone tell me what i'm doing wrong?
