do i have to be a certain level to enter them or do i need to be a namekian or a majin ?
i would love to know what can i do to enter it or maybe it simply not coded yet ?
My character is a martial artist human and he's a level 12 maybe that's why ? 
i hope i get an answer and stay strong

theres no way to even do so at the moment the quests havent been activated on the server yet
