Game Crashing after selecting Channel

I downloaded the game and created a character an hour ago. Getting this same error message even after creating 3 different characters...

It's just new langpatcher update, when Daneos took some code from DBOCOM Language Patcher he forget to modify it that it would work for Windows 8, 8.1 and 10 as well.

I reinstalled the game it took a while but got everything running now the only problem is after a few minutes into the game it wont let you use abilitys it will say your in the wrong state making you relog every time this happens dont know if its something that happend before but i never had an issue till now
