This happen few days agos.At first I decide to let it go but now it's getting annoying.I can still type my chat but I can't see what I type and also can't change to Shout,Whisper or anything like that only normal one. :(((
How to fix this Bug

You can move the Chat by simply clicking on it and dragging it.

Also, just type in for example /p for party chat
