I have gotten the first dragon ball, but I dont know what to do next. No quests other than the time rift quest are showing up. Is there somewhere I have to go?

pull up your minimap and click on the quest scanner

You can do that as well or grind 1 more level then tons of quest should be available! Hope this helps~!
