so if the launcher is not working how am I supposed to switch anything to north American and not have an update the dbog.exe wont work keeps telling me authentication error. do I have to wait till the launcher fixes in order to start the dbo.exe directly? As of right now first time downlaoding so I don't have any updates nor can I switch my region.
