i am currently only getting some form of asian writing, that i am well unaware of. trying to figure out how to get more translation or well just some at all.
question on how to get as much english translation as possible

There are different english patch you can download for that, but the best thing to do is to wait for dbog own release, which I heard was not far from completion.

you can try the english patcher from dbocom.com
i have personal no problems with questing because all mobs have marks on the mini map
mob spawns are easy to see on normal map the region is marked with a red circle
npcs marked with an X on map
and spezial mob have ✔ mark -
