Sound working intermittently

it is a windows problem not from game so daneos must do nothing

A windows problem? Then explain why it doesn't do this on anything else besides DBO? And why switching channels solves the problem?
-
with switch the channel you force your pc reload the sound files and then he can play the files without problems
it is an old problem from them original server sometimes the sound files didnt get read correct from a pc
-
Then that's a problem with the sound file for the game. it should auto load every time lol.

i have the same problem, i have win7 now, but before i have win 10/8 and have the same problem, so what can i do?

I believe there is some truth to this but I am still testing things out to see if this is actually the case. I will update you when I find out the solution.

I can confirm at this point that switching between channels does reload the sound. For whatever reason though, channel 0 has not worked for me yet.
-
If u go to options sounds move the bar and than back and press apply it works too dont need to change channels, even if i put sounds down sometimes they comeback as constant noise.... speacilly the vehicle noise. worst one is the map radar(quest finder) if u dont let it fully scan and turn map off the sound never stops until u let scan all or switch it off .

So you're saying turning the sounds all the way down then applying. Then turning them all the way back up and applying fixes the issue? I will give that a shot and report back.
-
did it work?
-
Turning the sound down and back up did not fix the issue. At this point I am sure that the sound files simply DON'T reload when you join a server you were previously on. So keep a record of the LAST channel you were on and the next time you log in, go to a different channel. That has been working successfully for me.

someone found a solution?
