Today , i and my friend were going to be adult , but my friend couldn't open the menu of the Sheila ( The Gatekeeper of Korin ) . I tried to login his account , but i couldn't even open the gate keeper menu. Please help...

You gotta do a few quests first before you are allowed to teleport up. :dpeace:
