Quests

    Lately i had problem with quests i had a quest to kill 12 wolf hound but when ever i finished it it says quest failed so i closed the game and came back online and found the quest disappeared and now right before the maintenance i took a mission wasnt able to finish it before the maintenance and after the maintenace finshed i logged in and found it disappeared can someone tell me how to fix the problem?
