New back up plan if the channels crash?

So we are basically waiting for daneos to wake up, get online and re start the channels again?
This has happened quite a lot of times before. Why do we have to rely on only one staff member
to re start the channel if it goes down?
Can't daneos make a back up plan for channel crashes instead of just manually doing it?
Or at least get more people to put the channel back up if it crashes.

(I'm only assuming that this is how daneos does it)

It's not that I'm impatient.
It would only be logical to try and fix these minor delays.

Besides, I only play in weekends so I wouldn't really like it if the channels were down for 1/5 of the day.
