It's possible someone else took the name during those few days. If that's the case, I'm not sure I can get the name back for you, because it would mean taking the name away from someone else.

I confused why I can't change the nickname to "Terence" in the game. The system said the NAME have been existed, but I had deleted the character, named "Terence" before a few days ago. I was planning to make a new character, the name so called "Terence" again but it was unsuccessful. Could you mind to help me check of the status about the Character named "Terence"? Is it still exist and whether at the same account to the nickname of removed (that's mine account) or not? thx for helping!
