Que error te sale ejecutando desde el Launcher? Fijate si tienes el juego añadido en la whitelist de tu antivirus porque a lo mejor te deniega el acceso al servidor.

Hola, estas ejecutando a traves del DBOGLauncher.exe? Siempre tienes que ejecutar desde el launcher, si te sigue sin funcionar y es porque la contraseña es incorrecta, recupera tu cuenta aquí: https://dboglobal.to/forgotpassword

Hola, explica mejor que clase eres y que parte de la quest te quedaste, prueba de usar el comando @addmasteritem 10.
Con ese comando te daran el item del baston para empezar la quest de sub-clase.
PD: si hiciste ya las quest de la otra clase ya no puedes cambiarde sub-clase.

Hola, habeis intentado probar a entrar con otra cuenta? Es el mismo resultado? Si solo os pasa con una cuenta elimina los archivos que hay en la carpeta "user" de la carpeta del juego. Si os pasa con todas las cuentas probar de hacer esto:
- Añade el DBOG.exe junto con el DBOGLauncher.exe en la whitelist de tu antivirus.
- Añade el juego en el Firewall de Windows.
- Por ultimo y lo que pienso yo donde esta el problema, descarga de nuevo el juego ya que puede haber un problema en el parche y algúnos archivos se encuentren dañados.

Como te he dicho, respondeme a las preguntas que te hice para poder ayudarte. Te pasa lo mismo con una cuenta diferente? Aparte de reinstalar el juego, has hecho las demás cosas que te dije?
Si sigue sin funcionar cambia de parche a otro idioma a traves del launcher.

Hello, please explain more detaills about your issue. Anyway try to do this:
- Add the DBOG.exe and DBOGLauncher.exe to the whitelist of your antivirus.
- Make sure your have the .net framework installed.
- Allow also the game in your Windows firewall.
- Re-download the game again.

You need remove your account folder, dont worry, they are just default settings.
