This libjpeg.lib is possible that you have to compile separately and if you ask for the discord file it adds a library directory to link to.
Do you have discord? Using Release | Win32 It says "libjpeg.lib" compiles successfully but it tells me it's not a valid Win32 application. I try it in Release | x64 I get the same issue

I fixed it by adding a simple c++ individual component I overlooked, but now im getting "cannot open input file libjpeg.lib"

yeah downloaded the code 2 days ago and I believe I have all the tools. I was able to compile the server with no issues
I'm getting a "Cannot open include file 'afxres.h'" error which is not letting me compile the client
The DBO 2.0 client links don't work for me. Servers and other things run and work fine
