That discussion forum is used to discuss new client. So the mod closed the thread. The old client has the freeze problem due to windows 10. It seems that it cannot be fixed. One of the solution is to use windows 7.
It is still in the testing phrase. It seems that only allow old players to join the test. But currently, old client is better. New client has many bugs. If you don't mind that it will be wipe in the future, you can play old client.
