My Brother is doing the TLPQ and Sometimes the camera glitches and stays in one place, or he can't move when Grandpa Gohan is running to the Pod to Goku Please fix as soon as you can!

Has he tried exiting the quest and going back in?
Re-logging to refresh his character?
And as the TLQ's are a little laggy has he tried taking it slow and not running off ahead as such? typically you need to give them time to load correctly and bugs only seem to happen when people tr to to too much too fast in the rift quests.

Yeah He Gets "Equipment Slot is not Empty when he is taking goku on his back and he has inventory space.

There lies your problem. he needs to take off his quest backpack (whatever he is carrying on his back)

Simply left click it and put it into one of your inventory slots then discard ti and you'll be able to pick up goku
