the game is locked at 60 fps on my monitor as it is 60hz, only shows 94 fps on the loading screen, does not change anything in fps.

First you add dbog exe to nvidia panel, then you change the anisotropic filtering from offline to 16x and done, i recommend turning on the FXAA if you use a resolution of 1920x1080 or higher
