Getting this bug since yesterday. So, I had some drops in my inventory which includes some mystery items. Later I tried to pickup some consumables, like cc pills or heal over time food. Sometimes it went into my inventory, but sometimes it doesn't show it there. Later I went to merchant to reveal mystery items, and I saw same item stacked there.
I am sure it is not co-incidence because it happened to me many times. The picked item was not showing in inventory, but I got the stack of same item on revealing some mystery item in my inventory. Probably the item is getting stacked inside the mystery item and won't show until we reveal that particular item.
