white-list DBOG on your antivirus and firewall. also set up permissions to allow administrator access.

Have you set up permissions for you to have full control over the application?
If you don't know how. go to your DBO Global folder (should be in program files(x86) right click that and press properties.
Go to security tab
click Edit
Find "User" then your computer account
Then tick the box that says "Full control"Apply, Ok, then OK the next box too
Now try running it.

Try to run "DBOGLauncher.exe" instead of "DBOG.exe". That should work.

Doesn't matter if you're translation Brazilian. white-listing the game folders allows it to access the server side information. without it your client can't receive the information from the server and will kick you out. Adding permissions allows your computer to write that information to the game files inside of your DBO folder and update it for you.
Running DBO.exe no longer works because the launcher has been updated and needs to run from there so it can apply patches. you can select the language you wish to play in from the launcher too so that is okay as well.
