about replace sound effects

so i can replace sound effects from the game? like change the sound effects from the aura charge,kaioken etc...if is possible i was thinking to use DBO resource tool and extract the WAV files to some folder and then replace with other effect sound and then overwrite the original sound files with the modded files using DBO resource tool,also if this works i have doubts if needs to be exactly the same duration like exacly 3sec,4sec or if i can add one with more secs and if needs to be the same size of the file or if i can maybe add with a little more size.

oh nevermind it works,i did already, the problem is only find the same lenght of the sound effect the lenght needs to be exactly the same time of the skill inside the game,but anyways thanks for the info.
