look which of the Visual c++ redistributables are installed in applicationmanager, then google "ms redistributable" or from the official microsoft site you download all packages like visual c++ 2005 to 2015 and install all those you don't already have

He wrote ms redistributable on google and download de pack from the first page, but he says that dont works...
hmm.. i think he needs at least Visual C++ 2008, 2010, 2012 and maybe 2013. just download and install vcredist_x86 AND x64 for each Version.

He installed all de Visual C+ , but the game dont works...
When he conected after 'now loading' appears a message 'Client error , desconnecting...'
Usually client errors (client side means you can't connect to the server) are due to your firewall and/or antivirus blocking the conenction to the server.
Have you white-listed DBOG on both of them?

I had a friend who wanted to play. I jut put a copy of the file on a thumb drive and brought it over to him.. he took it over the drive and put it on his computer with no issues running. Im not sure if this is a possibility for your friend but if you can i would suggest trying this.
Exactly what i dd for my sister and cousin back in august.
I installed it on windows 7 and the copied over files worked just fine on another copy of 7, a copy of 8, on XP and on a windows 10 
None of us have had any issues with it updating and such at any point either.

Mmm, maybe i must try this...but if dont works with the archives of 'sosalucioleonel', i dont know if works with my archives.
If a working set of files from another user doesn't access the server then it's something on your computer. I also ask that you actually do whitelist it on the firewall even if it's not on as it will need to be anyway.
One more thing i ask is that you go back to my properties post and change all user settings to have all the ticks in the allow boxes. you must be playing on at least one of those accounts. so as you said you can't fund the "user" option. just do it for all.
