i started with a dragonclan namekian named Sakon and awhile i speak with future trunks about kiri the game says the quest failed and nothing happens afterwards

it's fine. just relog and you can skip the tutorial easy
Be cautious though. a lot of the early quests are bugged and will be fixed as soon as the developer can get the code to co-operate
