i cant buy recipe of level 15

It actually means crafting level 15 by that. You will need to have level 15 crafting before you can buy the recipes for it. You can check your crafting level at the character menu. press "C" -> crafting tab -> crafting level.

He saying he cant buy recipies because mechant thinks that he doesnt have the zeni. No one can buy them it got bugged after the last update. ;-;

Same problem with 20 level recipes, but I have correct level and it shows that I am 20 level at crafting
