Não consigo pegar a quest para ganhar a habilidade e também não consigo comprar a habilidade... Alguém poderia me ajudar ?you must have master class and be an adult to do the quest.
Also, if you havent done the chain quests throughout level 14 and 22 (I believe) you also need to go do those.
