Hello, please explain more detaills about your issue. Anyway try to do this:
- Add the DBOG.exe and DBOGLauncher.exe to the whitelist of your antivirus.
- Make sure your have the .net framework installed.
- Allow also the game in your Windows firewall.
- Re-download the game again.
