This problem's been happening recently ever since I got back into the game. I noticed it whenever I tried clicking on an NPC to start a quest. Any time I click on anything on the game screen besides menus, my camera zooms at my character then looks at the sky in one motion. I figured this was attributed to my mouse and potential my keyboard with a mousepad being wireless, so I used my laptop's built in mousepad and got the same results. This doesn't happen in any other game I've played.
