Redownload it, seems like your downloaded file is broken.

try downloading with IDM or the sure fire way is to install it on a working pc or laptop, friends, school whatever, after you have a working game copy the entire 8.4gb folder to a flash drive, paste that folder onto the pc that wont install it and your good. My PC wont install anything I have to use this method.

sorry, I tried everything but mistake
missing only one file DBOG Installer-2.bin
I tried downloading any method, but there was still an error:(

it worked for me.
- add new user account (admin)
- log in to it then re-download the game
it should works now.
