Where are your game files?
You should have them on the local drive C/dragonballonline
Try not to use spaces in the destination path
Do you have your video drivers updated?
Yep everything up to date, and the game is on the C: drive no space in destination path.
I can play without problem on another computer but on my laptop i get crash
What is the hardware of the laptop (ram, cpu, gpu) ?
I'm not sure about the message that the dbolog.txt is giving you, you should leave the text file blank and save it, play the game for a while and when you have a problem you should send a ticket
Do you have the updated drivers?
maybe you are missing some library
i9 12900h 3070ti 16g ddr5
i9 12900h 3070ti 16g ddr5
Are the drivers up to date?
Hardware is useless without drivers
Yep

Common Issues
• DBOG folder not excluded from antivirus/firewall
• DBOG folder is running on a cheap external/USB drive
• DBOG folder is in a folder that syncs to Onedrive/some other automated sync process
• DBOG folder is in the C:\ drive in program files
• Cracked versions of Windows
• Missing .net framework 3.5, or DX9, or Visual C++ Redistributable 2010/2013
• Very little free space on the hard drive holding the DBOG folder
• Spaces or the letters "rpe" in the DBOG folder name (every file in the DBOG folder path should have no spaces in it)
If you have any of these errors, please check into this. The DBOG folder should be on your desktop, excluded from your antivirus and firewall. The Ignore Patch setting in the launcher should be unchecked, unless you are an experienced modder. You should be running the launcher as admin every time you launch the game. You need those frameworks as well, and at least 20% of the space free on the hard drive holding the DBOG folder.
i got the same problem like you Hachiman, i also check the list that Lyyne posted, but on my laptop it doesnt help
