A friend of mine is having trouble installing the game. I made sure he got the up to date launcher (same one I got just yesterday and mine works perfectly fine still), set it as an exception with his antivirus, ran it as an administrator, etc.
None of it seems to work. When he opens the launcher it checks for patches and whatnot but doesn't end up downloading anything, and clicking start does nothing. I saw something mentioned on the forum that seemed like the same problem that was fixed by the antivirus thing, but that didn't work for us. Not sure what to do. We've tried just about everything I've found here.
