Update 02.04.2015

- Some times after finishing quest it says "error" - fixed
- Store level in database when level up
- added class and gender check when using item
- fixed bug at starting quest through item usage
- set correct scouter and pet npc's
- Fixed a server crash-bug at creating items
- Updated the gambling npc to work properly
- Exp bonus item is not working for quest exp anymore
