says my acc doesnt exist when i try to log onto the game

yeah , I'm getting that too . I've tried every trick i know . The only other option i was thinking of was making another account and if that don't work then i'll directly contact one of the Testers or Admin.

You have to use the account that you created on the Homepage and not on the forums.

That's what I'm using the Homepage one , I created the account way back last year. I just redid my password for it. just to make sure it was still valid and it is.

Are you sure that the game updated etc? Change the location between Asia and North America.

Yep positive and i yes i changed the locations. I know my account works i played in both the Alpha and Closed betas. i did although as i mentioned changed the password but i doubt that would have anything to do with this though. Would it ?

I think it would, since Daneos is the one inputting all the account information into the database in order for the server to read them and it's not done automaticaly. Maybe you can try with your old information and wait for Daneos (tomorrow morning probably) to input the new information.

Hey Vall , I just figured it out. Turns out a Cap Letter in my password cause the problem and for the guy Chronic at the top try changing your password so it strictly all lower case with numbers only.
