So I got a quest to kill an Ultra unit "Doctor Smell" and the quest also gives a quest item backpack. So I was about to kill Doctor Smell but then the server disconnected and now I have that quest item on me but the quest is gone, I cant pick the quest because it said there is already item in the slot which is the Quest Item i mentioned only. How do I solve this? (P.S Ill provide SS if need be)
(Edit) the bug I got is the same as this one. : The elder namek (transportable item): There is no option to talk to the namek to complete the quest and the elder namek will be on your back.
